I ordered my item on the 19/04/21 for a same day delivery. I called back because I never received an email about when it was going to be dispatched. They refunded the delivery charge and said it would come the next day.I made a complaint to the email address provided and they apologised and had the item sent the following day.

Very slow delivery or no delivery at all. Very slow to process refunds. Terribly disorganised for online sales. Have persevered for a year but can’t stand to use them ever again.

Always easy to navigate website. There was some problems with connection with server, hence the checkout process requires patience, but overall always very good experience.

Product range online is excellent, but orders sent to store for collection are routinely late. Despite this, there is no warning that the collection date shown at checkout is approximate. No heads up emails when a delay occurs. No apologies. I'm getting fed up of the supposed collection date arriving when my order hasn't even left the warehouse yet. I'd rather they under promise and over deliver than constantly disappoint me.

Love this shop and it is a saviour to be able to order online at these times. Several orders have all arrived promptly. Thanks

Awful. I picked my my package at their Islington branch and was asked to disclose the items purchased. I offered them my name, order number and confirmation email but the staff member wouldn’t accept it until I told him what was ordered. I complained directly to H&B customer service team and I’ve not heard back in over a month. I’m absolutely disgusted with the lack of service provided.

Awful serviceI have bought the items, after that, part of the money came back, because one of the item was unavailable. they had no one of the item. But soon after they wrote me saying they CAN ship it, so they took the money from me again (the full amount). Although, they didn't and now they processed the refund for just a part of it. Castomer service didn't want to explain it to me.

I'm sorry I hadn't read the reviews before I purchased spelt flour online with H&B. I ordered 5 packets, 4 packets arrived with one opened and flour spilled at the bottom of the box. And as all the other reviews have stated Customer service is non existent, they do not answer the phone and I received a generic email in reply to mine. I won't be backBernie

Ordered items over a week ago with next day delivery.It arrived with the most expensive item missing.I sent 3 emails, rang them with no one picking up....It's now 9 days since my delivery and I've heard nothing.Meanwhile they have my money, and I have no product. I paid extra for next day delivery and it's been 9days and i still dont have it.Will never buy from them again.Furious.Wish I could give no stars.

Visit website every couple of months. Find it easy to navigate and order. There are often offers. I receive a confirmation email and then one to let me know my items have left the warehouse. My orders have arrived promptly and well packaged. To date have had no items missing. Pleased with purchases.

H&B stores are always clean and tidy, and despite being crammed with stock, the staff are excellent, know where everything is and can find it instantly. My issue these days is with the direction their stock is taking. Although there is a wide range of vitamins and supplements, some of these are getting quite expensive so only viable when on offer. We used to shop for herbs and spices there, but the range is now poor and not worth the trip, as our local store is closed for the duration of the pandemic. They have a fine range of fruit and herb teas, but again, only worth buying if we are in the area anyway, as buying online attracts a significant delivery charge for just a few cheap items. The increasing stock levels of expensive and unnecessary protein and body building additives are of no interest to me, neither are the more expensive luxury preparations appearing on the shelves, especially the latest fad dietary supplements. We used to go there on a weekly basis, now it's only for certain selected vitamins and a couple of boxes of teas. A shame, and we hope (but doubt) they will revert to a more standard stock list after the pandemic.
